OK, what is the club I use for this distance? This is kind of question you'd ask yourself (or your experienced caddy) when you play the game. The table below shows how far the average golfer generally hits with each club when he makes solid contact.




When you start to play this game, you probably won’t reach these yardages. As you practice, you’ll get closer to these numbers. As typically true for many things: practice indeed makes perfect ....
